Fees

The fee for each 50 minute session in $100.00. A sliding fee scale can be arranged. Payment is accepted in cash or check. As is customary in private practice, 24 hours notice in required for cancelled appointments. Missed appointments will be charged the full rate.

Terry and Jay are able to accept many insurance plans for therapy sessions. Clients using insurance plans or Employee Assistance Program benefits will need to get preauthorization prior to the first visit. When using an insurance plan, only the co-pay is to be paid at the time of the visit.
